Hi. I'm using Premiere Elements 15. When I try to open a saved video project (a .prel file) to continue editing, it only gives me the option to skip or "skip all". That results in offline files being opened on the timeline. Any ideas on how to fix this? I obviously don't want to have to start editing from scratch every time I need to edit a project in progress.
